数字手持式光功率和能量计表头

PM100D2和PM100D3光功率和能量计表头配备3.5英寸大尺寸触摸屏,支持亮度与背景色调节,并内置8 GB eMMC闪存用于数据存储。请注意,探头未包含在表头中。两种表头都兼容下方销售的40余种光电二极管、热敏及热释电探头。PM100D3表头还兼容我们的热敏位置和功率探头。如需关于兼容探头的信息,请阅读下面的探头介绍。表头还可配合定制探头使用,需要满足的电流或电压范围要求请查看规格标签中的表2.2。
PM100D2表头具有四种标准测量界面:测量功率的数值显示(带条形图)、模拟指针、带折线图的数据记录界面、带描述性统计的数据记录界面(包括均值、最小值、最大值、中位数、第一四分位数和第三四分位数以及记录数据的箱线图)。PM100D3表头还额外提供Pass/Fail分析以及示波界面。Pass/Fail分析设计用于生产与服务的质量控制,旨在通过可视化方式提示测量值是否处于预设功率范围内,无需读取精确功率数值。管理员用户可为自己以及最多两名其他用户设置相对或绝对功率限值。示波模式可便捷地监测交流或CW功率信号,功能类似于示波器。外部触发信号可通过附带的26针AUX接口输入(详见引脚图标签),而探头信号也可作为触发源。请在交互演示标签中查看两种设备的虚拟GUI,可选择光电二极管或热敏功率探头进行虚拟测量。PM100D3表头额外支持无线充电(充电器需另外购买)及蓝牙连接功能。两种表头都兼容Thorlabs的光学参数监测(OPM)软件,可通过电脑执行设备支持的所有测量功能。
两种表头的长寿面锂聚合物电池可通过USB Type-C接口充电;使用附带的USB Type-C转Type-A线缆连接USB电源(比如我们的DS5电源)或带USB端口的电脑即可充电。PM100D3表头的无线充电线圈兼容任何额定功率5 W、电流最大1 A的无线充电发射器(需另外购买)。两种表头都经过出厂校准并附校准证书;请在发货清单标签中查看每个型号包含的物品清单。我们建议每年校准以实现准确的测量结果。Thorlabs提供PM100Dx表头的校准服务,可在页面下方购买(型号为CAL-PM1或CAL-PM1D)。另外,如果您有需要校正的对应探头,可将PM100Dx表头和探头一起寄回工厂进行校准,无需额外的费用(仅限CAL-PM1型号)。如果要购买这些服务,请前往页面底部并选择对应探头和校准需求的型号。
